Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz announced that 25 "terrorist structures" have been destroyed since the initiation of the ground offensive in Gaza.
This was reported by ABC News.
According to the head of the Israeli defense ministry, these were "terror towers" dismantled to eliminate any threat of sniper fire from maneuvering units.
“If Hamas does not release the hostages and disarm, Gaza will be destroyed and become a monument to the atrocities and murders of Hamas,” Katz stated.
Meanwhile, according to the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), over 400,000 Palestinians have left the city as Israeli forces continue to expand their ground operation. Approximately 600,000 people still remain in Gaza.
Canada has condemned Israel's ground offensive operation in Gaza.
