On Monday, US President Donald Trump expressed his «deep disappointment» with Russian President Vladimir Putin, particularly regarding the attacks on Ukraine, suggesting a possible reduction in the deadline for a peace agreement.

These remarks were made ahead of a meeting with UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer in Scotland, reported by Sky News.

«We have been discussing matters, you (Starmer – ed.) and I, which seemed to be resolved multiple times. But then President Putin comes out and starts launching missiles at cities, like Kyiv, killing many people in nursing homes or elsewhere», – Trump stated.

The American leader also emphasized that he is «very disappointed» with Putin.

«I will have to reconsider the 50-day timeframe I gave him and perhaps shorten it, because I believe I already know the answer», – Trump added.

The White House confirmed that President Trump will be visiting Scotland from July 25 to 29, where he plans to meet with Prime Minister Keir Starmer.
