The international community has strongly condemned the recent missile strike by Russia on residential areas in Kryvyi Rih.

This is reported by "European Truth", referencing statements from politicians and diplomats on social media.

The Dutch Minister of Defense, Ruben Brekelmans, expressed condolences to the families of the victims, emphasizing: "While all of Europe is preparing for the weekend, Ukrainians live in a completely different reality."

"Another Russian attack, and one can never get used to it. This is why we must expedite our support for Ukraine," he stated.

The Swiss Embassy in Ukraine also expressed its condolences regarding the tragedy, stressing that "civilians should never be targets."

The chief diplomat of the European Union, Kaja Kallas, condemned the "latest reckless Russian bombardment that struck a densely populated residential area."

"Russia continues to destroy Ukraine, showing no interest in peace," she wrote.

The Estonian Foreign Minister, Margus Tsahkna, stated that "Russia seeks war and not peace, and attacks on civilians, including children, are a brutal testament to this."

The foreign ministers of the Czech Republic and Lithuania, Jan Lipavsky and Kęstutis Budrys, also reacted to this strike. In turn, the US ambassador to Ukraine, Bridget Brink, condemned the attack without specifying that it was a Russian missile.

It is worth noting that on the evening of April 4, the Russian army launched a ballistic strike on a residential neighborhood in Kryvyi Rih: 18 fatalities have been reported, including nine children, and over 60 injured.

Later that evening, the Russian army attacked Kryvyi Rih again, causing a fire in the private sector, with new casualties and injuries reported.
