Damage to Ukrainian Power Substations Amid Russian Strikes

This morning, several Ukrainian power substations critical for nuclear safety were damaged due to Russian military actions. The Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant has completely lost its external power supply.
The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) reported this on their social media page.
"As stated by IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi, several Ukrainian substations essential for nuclear safety were affected by extensive military activity this morning. Chernobyl NPP has lost all external power supply, and transmission lines connecting other nuclear plants were also damaged," the statement reads.
According to Grossi, the IAEA is "actively monitoring the situation to assess the impact on nuclear safety."
The day before, Ukraine's First Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Energy Denys Shmyhal informed the IAEA Director General about preparations for another massive Russian attack on energy infrastructure, possibly targeting facilities and networks servicing nuclear power stations.
