The Ukrainian Armed Forces have neutralized 69 out of 96 Russian drones during a recent assault. This information was shared by the Ukrainian Air Force via Telegram.
On Monday, October 13, at 19:00, Russian forces launched 96 drones, including Shahed and "Gerbera" types, from the directions of Milyerovo, Bryansk, Orel, Kursk, Primorsk-Akhtarsk (RF), and Hvardiske (temporarily occupied Crimea). Approximately 60 of these were Shahed type drones.
The air assault was countered by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
As of 08:30 on Tuesday, October 14, air defense reported the downing of 69 enemy UAVs in the north, south, east, and central regions of Ukraine.
Hits were recorded from 27 strike drones at seven locations, as well as debris fall at one location. The attack is ongoing, with several enemy UAVs still in the airspace.
