Important facilities of the Russian military have been targeted. This was reported by the General Staff.

As part of efforts to diminish the offensive capabilities of the enemy and to complicate fuel supply to the occupiers' military units, on the night of August 30, units of the UAV forces and Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in cooperation with other defense components, struck the “Krasnodar Oil Refinery” (Krasnodar Krai, RF). This refinery produces 3 million tons of light petroleum products annually, including gasoline and diesel fuel, and supports the Russian armed forces. Numerous explosions and a fire have been reported at the facility.

Additionally, Ukrainian UAV units have again struck the “Syzran Oil Refinery” in the Samara region of RF. This enterprise produces gasoline, diesel fuel, aviation kerosene, and other petroleum products, with processing volumes reaching 8.5 million tons per year until August 2025. A fire has also been recorded in the vicinity of the facility. The results of the fire damage are being verified. The defense forces are taking measures to disrupt the offensive potential of the Russian invaders and force the Russian Federation to cease its armed aggression against Ukraine.
