On the night of August 31 (starting from 21:00 on August 30), the enemy launched an assault using 142 Shahed-type strike drones and various imitation drones from the directions of Kursk, Millerovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk – Russia, and Chauda – temporarily occupied Crimea.

This was reported by the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine via Telegram.

Air defenses were engaged by anti-aircraft missile forces, electronic warfare units, drone systems, and mobile fire groups of Ukraine's Defense Forces. Preliminary data as of 09:00 indicates that 126 enemy Shahed-type drones and imitation drones were destroyed or suppressed in the north, south, and east of the country. There were 16 hits from strike drones recorded at 10 locations, with debris from downed drones falling at 6 sites.
