Home are returning critically ill and severely injured defenders. We can now reveal that throughout all stages of the recent Istanbul agreements, more than 1,000 of our people have been brought back. This is a joy for thousands of families who can embrace their loved ones again. Thank you to everyone who contributed to this effort.

The warriors returning today defended Ukraine across various fronts. Many have been in captivity for over three years. Everyone will receive the necessary support and medical care.

It is important that exchanges continue and our people are coming home. Thank you to all who are continuing this vital work. Bringing all of our people back is a priority for the state. We will continue all efforts to ensure that every one of our people returns from captivity.
