On April 22, 2023, PrJSC "Ukrhydroenergo" finalized a contract with LLC "Consulting Company "Ostriv" for 8.28 million UAH based on tender results.

This was reported by "Our Money" referencing data from the "Prozorro" system.

Over the next six months, the company will conduct a comprehensive study on construction-technical, economic, and electrical engineering aspects to assess damages and costs related to restoring property affected by Russian military aggression, as well as determining lost profits for "Ukrhydroenergo" for submission to court, including international instances.

The scope includes various immovable and movable property as well as unfinished construction projects of the branches "Dnipro HPP" (1.75 million UAH), "Cascade of Kyiv HPPs and PSHPs" (1.47 million UAH), "Kremenchuk HPP" (2.03 million UAH), and "Srednodniprovsk HPP" (3.03 million UAH).

Among the services ordered is the assessment of costs for the establishment of protective facilities and counter-drone/anti-drone measures for "Ukrhydroenergo" objects.

LLC "Apraisel UA" had a bid that was 25% lower, but it was rejected due to the lack of bid security.

Higher-priced competitors included LLC "Advisory and Research" and LLC "Asset Expertize".

The Kyiv-based "Consulting Company "Ostriv" is owned by its director Serhii Petenko and Yuliia Amphiteatrova. The company also has connections with the Simferopol-based LLC "Ostriv-Register".
