In the capital, ongoing efforts are being made to enhance the street lighting system.
The teams from the municipal enterprise «Kyivmisksvitlo» are responsible for this task, working across all districts of the city. According to the enterprise, today, September 23, 23 specialized vehicles and 58 skilled workers are involved.
«The primary aim is to replace burnt-out lamps and install modern LED lights, which provide better illumination and are more energy-efficient», — as stated on the official KCSA website.
At «Kyivmisksvitlo», it is emphasized that the work is carried out both as part of planned trips and in response to residents' requests, as well as in case of emergencies.
Such work is performed daily to ensure that the streets remain safe, comfortable, and well-lit at night.
The modernization of lighting not only boosts the safety of pedestrians and vehicles but also makes Kyiv a more modern and energy-saving city.
