City Council member Anna Syrydenko held a meeting with the leadership of Kyiv City Children's Clinical Hospital No. 1 to discuss the facility's urgent need for modern medical equipment.

According to the council member, approximately 350 children are hospitalized daily, which places a significant burden on the medical staff and the institution's resources.

This information was reported by the Kyiv City Council.

“The hospital on Bohatyrska Street approached me for assistance in acquiring modern equipment. This is an essential medical establishment for all of Kyiv, featuring specialized departments including a mental health center, surgery, dialysis, and burn treatment,” stated Anna Syrydenko.

Currently, the pediatric department is undergoing major renovations, and soon, modern functional beds will be purchased for young patients with funds from the council member’s budget,” she added.

Anna Syrydenko also expressed gratitude to the hospital staff for their dedicated and daily efforts for the benefit of children.
