Google has announced a fresh suite of artificial intelligence features in Workspace aimed at corporate clients. One of the most exciting additions is the ability to generate podcasts from Google Docs documents.

This feature was first introduced in NotebookLM in the fall of 2024, but it was previously unavailable to users in Ukraine. Now, it is being rolled out to Workspace users around the globe. The artificial intelligence will not only read the text aloud but also create a podcast featuring two hosts discussing the content.

While Google has yet to disclose the list of supported languages, the feature is expected to be available in the coming weeks.

Additionally, a new feature called Help me refine will act as a personal AI editor, providing tips on how to improve written text. This feature is slated to launch within this quarter.

In Google Sheets, a new function called Help me analyze will also be introduced. Gemini will analyze data in sheets, generate illustrative charts, and identify trends. This function is expected to roll out by the end of 2025.
