New Program for Women in Digitalization

Registration is now open for the initiative «UNDP: Leadership Program for Women in Digital Public Services». This program is designed for women who wish to enhance their role in the digital transformation of the public sector.

The program consists of 16 online webinars and two in-person training sessions in Kyiv. It features interactive lectures, case studies, and practical workshops that will help participants deepen their expertise, assess risks, and implement effective solutions in digital transformation.

This program targets professionals who already have experience in the digitalization of public services and want to develop their management skills, strategic thinking, and implement effective solutions.

Duration of the training: May — September 2025.

Eligible participants include:

Women working in executive government bodies or subordinate institutions.

Candidates with a higher education and at least two years of professional experience.

Leaders who have participated in two or more projects related to digital transformation at either central or regional levels.

Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level or higher will be an advantage.

Registration deadline is April 28.

This program is implemented within the framework of the «Diia Support Project», conducted by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Ukraine with financial support from Sweden, in partnership with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and CDTO Campus.
