Transforming Government Services in Ukraine: Plans Until 2026
The Ukrainian government has approved a new strategy to expand the availability of government services online through the Diia platform and other electronic services. A total of 25 state authorities, including the Ministry of Digital Transformation, are involved.
The goal of this initiative is to ensure every Ukrainian has seamless access to services. More than 30 sectors are set to be digitalized, including education, healthcare, veterans' social protection, and customs.
Among the innovations are online registration for divorce and death, as well as remote theoretical driving tests. These changes will also improve customs services, reducing bureaucracy and corruption.
The Ministry of Digital Transformation continues to simplify processes for citizens so that everyone can access government services quickly and without unnecessary delays. Our aim is to create a more digital state with user-friendly services.
