The Ukrainian judo team added to its medal tally at the Grand Prix stage in Guadalajara, Mexico.
Bronze medals were earned by: Mykhailo Svidrak in the 81 kg category and Anton Savytskyi in the 100 kg category.
This award marked the third for Svidrak at Grand Prix tournaments. In the bronze match, the native of Ivano-Frankivsk won by ippon in the first minute against a 2025 World Championship medalist.
The next tournament in the series is scheduled for November 14-16 in the Croatian capital – Zagreb.
