Ukrainian athlete Daria Moshynska participated in the Euro-2025 final held in Funchal, Portugal. She performed in the technical solo program.
Leading up to the technical solo competition, Daria won a silver medal in the team event. This marked her first solo performance at the European level, and the last time Ukraine was represented at this level was in 2022, when Marta Fedina won gold in both programs.
A total of 16 swimmers from various countries competed in the solo event. Among Daria's competitors were the 2023 World Champion and bronze medalist from the Paris-2024 Olympics, Spanish swimmer Iris Tio, silver medalist from the 2022 World Championship, Italian Enrica Piccoli, and the winner of the 2024 World Championship Super Final, German Clara Bleer.
Daria was considered a contender for the podium before the final. At the previous stage of the World Cup in Sombae, she won silver in the technical program.
How did the competition unfold?

- In the final standings, she placed seventh, with more than a 19-point gap from the third position.
- The competition was won by Austrian Vasiliki-Pagona Alexandri, who outperformed her closest competitor Iris Tio from Spain by more than eight points. The third place was taken by German swimmer Clara Bleer.
