The XVII Odesa International Film Festival (OIFF) will be held from September 24 to October 4, 2025, in Kyiv. 

This year’s program will feature European and National competition sections, retrospectives of renowned directors, special screenings focusing on Poland and Germany, a selection of the best films from Europe, gala premieres, and various genre festivals. Among the special sections will be the Ukrainian Film Festival, the program ‘The Art of Visual Perception’, as well as sections dedicated to family values and friendly perspectives on life.

Over the course of 11 days, audiences will enjoy new films, participate in meetings with filmmakers, and engage in open discussions. It’s a great opportunity to experience the spirit of cinema and see how the future of the industry is shaped.

The image of Duke, a symbol of Odesa and the OIFF, is complemented by a red heart on the poster, symbolizing our humanity, resilience, and empathy. This embodies this year’s slogan — ‘Resilience is in our DNA’.
