The Kyiv City Military Administration is tasked with working alongside the 12th Army Corps of the Ukrainian Armed Forces to develop and approve the usage order for these new passes.
There will also be a proposal to the regional administration to implement digital passes in the Kyiv region.
Additionally, an information and communication system will be established to manage these passes.
