The business and public space of UNIT.City in Kyiv has claimed the top spot in an esteemed global competition. The project won the ASLA Professional Awards 2025, the most prestigious international accolade in landscape architecture.
This announcement was made on UNIT.City's official Facebook page, highlighting that this is the first time in Ukraine's history that a project has achieved this recognition.
"Our public spaces, designed in collaboration with talented friends from Kotsiuba Landscape Architecture Studio, have been recognized alongside campuses from Google, Meta, and the High Line park in New York City. This significant award demonstrates that Ukrainian architecture is setting new global standards, and the UNIT.City project will be archived in the Library of Congress as an example of 21st-century landscape architecture," said representatives from UNIT.City.
UNIT.City is a transformation of an industrial area into an innovative space for work, learning, and leisure.
