The "eRestoration" service will be temporarily unavailable on the portal and in the Action app due to scheduled technical maintenance from 8:00 PM on September 13 to 8:00 AM on September 15.
This was confirmed by the Ministry of Community Development and Territories.
"From 8:00 PM on September 13, 2025, to 8:00 AM on September 15, 2025, the State Enterprise “NAIS” will perform technical maintenance of the state registers of the Ministry of Justice. Since this data is crucial for property rights verification, the "eRestoration" service will not be operational during the maintenance period," the statement reads.
It should be noted that the state compensation program "eRestoration" has been active in Ukraine for two years. As of September 1, Ukrainians have submitted approximately 166,500 applications for compensation for damaged housing. Over 108,000 people have received payments totaling 10.6 billion UAH.
