New Appointments in the Ministry of Digital Transformation: Five Deputy Ministers Announced

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has appointed five new deputy ministers for the First Deputy Prime Minister responsible for digital transformation.

This was reported by the Ministry of Digital Transformation.

"We are strengthening the team at the Ministry of Digital Transformation by appointing five deputies to First Deputy Prime Minister Mykhailo Fedorov. Four of them have grown within the Ministry, while Vitaliy Balashov comes from a leading IT company," the statement reads.

Valeriya Koval has become the Deputy Minister in charge of developing personalized digital and offline services. Her key goal is to change the approach to public services, focusing on citizens' needs.

She will oversee electronic and administrative services, as well as personalized interactions between government agencies.

Stanislav Prybytyko has been appointed as the Deputy Minister for Digital Infrastructure Development. His tasks include enhancing electronic communications and ensuring broadband Internet access across the country.

Zoryana Stetsyuk is now the Deputy Minister for Digital Governance and Data, responsible for the development of electronic government systems.

Vitaliy Balashov will be in charge of cybersecurity and the implementation of modern technologies in the public sector.

Nataliya Denikeyeva will shape the sustainable development policy of the digital economy and the growth of the ecosystem in Ukraine.

Also continuing in their roles are Olexiy Vyskub and Oleksandr Boryniakov, who remain in the Ministry.

It is noted that many of the new deputies started their careers in the Ministry as specialists and have grown with the team.
