The Starlink satellite internet network has resumed operations after a major outage lasting approximately two and a half hours, which disrupted stable connectivity, particularly in combat areas.

This was confirmed by the company's vice president, Michael Nichols, on platform X, along with the commander of the Armed Forces UAVs, Robert Brody, known as "Madyar".

Nichols stated: "The outage was caused by a failure in key internal software services that support our main network. We apologize for the temporary service interruption and are committed to ensuring a highly reliable network, working to resolve this issue to prevent future occurrences."

Details shared by Brody indicated that connectivity was restored across all directions between approximately 00:35 and 01:05.

He noted that combat operations continued uninterrupted during the outage, including reconnaissance missions using strike assets.

Commander "Madyar" emphasized: "Combat operations were conducted without broadcasts; reconnaissance was carried out using strike assets. This incident, which lasted a lengthy 150 minutes in wartime, highlights bottlenecks. We need to take these into account and diversify our communication."
