In October 2025, the Ministry of Finance executed the transfer of interbudgetary transfers to local budgets amounting to 16.9 billion UAH, which represents 100% of the allocated funds for this month. This is reported by the Ministry of Finance on its official website.
"In October 2025, the Ministry of Finance, according to budget legislation, ensured the transfer of interbudgetary transfers to local budgets in the amount of 16.9 billion UAH, fulfilling 100% of the commitments made in the state budget for October," the statement reads.
Specifically, the basic subsidy was transferred in the amount of 2.1 billion UAH (100%), while additional subsidies amounted to 1 billion UAH (100%).
As of November 1, 2025, the balances in local budget accounts and budget institutions for both general and special funds stand at 169.8 billion UAH, which is 49.2 billion UAH more than at the beginning of 2025.
"These resources allow local government bodies to continue funding urgent needs at the local level," the ministry notes.
