The Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers is considering the abolition of the requirement for signing work completion acts. The relevant bill has already been submitted to the Verkhovna Rada.
This was announced by Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko during a meeting with business representatives in Transcarpathia on Friday, September 5.
Bill No. 13598 proposes to eliminate the need for signing work completion acts for cashless payments for services.
These regulations will ease the collaboration of Ukrainian companies with European business partners.
"We estimate that this initiative will save Ukrainian businesses around 20.2 billion UAH annually," Svyrydenko noted.
Recall that the Strategic Investment Council approved the Unified Project Portfolio of public investments for 2026, which includes 149 initiatives with an estimated total value of 11.4 trillion UAH.
