For the first time since the onset of the full-scale invasion, two voyages have been made from the port of "Chornomorsk" to the Georgian port of "Batumi".

This was reported by Timofiy Murakhovskyi, the director of commercial operations and logistics at JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia", as stated by "Interfax-Ukraine".

"Two voyages were conducted on March 18 and 26 from "Chornomorsk" to "Batumi", with a third voyage planned for next week," he noted.

According to him, the initial voyages in March were carried out under conditions of information silence. He urged businesses to engage more actively in this direction.

He also mentioned that the project is being implemented with the participation of the shipping company "Ukrferry" (Odesa) and the subsidiary of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" UZ Cargo Poland (Warsaw).
