“Ukrposhta” has secured the top position in Europe for the quality of international mail deliveries. The operational team of the Association of European Public Postal Operators, PostEurop, revealed monitoring results during a meeting in Luxembourg.
The national postal operator has become a leader among European countries in international delivery quality. Back in 2019, when “Ukrposhta” was just starting to expand its EMS international service, the company was ranked 146th in the world. Now, it stands as the continent's leader.
«The postal network serves as a vital link connecting people. Despite the war, the Ukrainian national operator is not just preserving its infrastructure but actively enhancing it. This is a global precedent where a country at war displays such high performance. This year, “Ukrposhta” has already received the international Rising Star award and has entered the top three postal operators worldwide in terms of growth rates. We are grateful to the thousands of postal workers who operate daily under the toughest conditions — amidst shelling, during power outages, and in the face of danger. They not only fulfill their duties but achieve significant results for both the state-owned company and the country», — emphasized Andriy Bratush, Deputy Minister of Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine.
The key quality indicators according to PostEurop in the following categories:
- EMS (Express Mail Service — international express delivery of documents and parcels) — 1st place among 23 countries, with a score of 99.89%.
- Prime Express and Prime Tracked, reflecting tracking quality and priority processing, — a score of 100% and first place among 20 and 8 countries respectively. This means that Ukrposhta flawlessly meets the requirements of the Universal Postal Union for data transmission and timelines.
- UPU Tracked (tracked international shipments per Universal Postal Union standards) — fifth place with a score of 97%.
The PostEurop study covered the period from February to August 2025 and included postal operators from 23 European countries.
