The Latvian State Police has completed another vehicle delivery to Ukraine to enhance the security sector.
This was announced by the Ukrainian embassy in Latvia via Facebook.
On September 22, the Ukrainian ambassador to Latvia, Anatoliy Kutsevol, participated in the dispatch of a new column of vehicles and vans for the needs of Ukraine's defense sector.
Specifically, Latvia sent 32 vehicles to Ukraine, nearly half of which are service cars from the Latvian police, which were due for replacement.
In addition to the vehicles, humanitarian aid will also be delivered to Ukraine, including children's clothing, school supplies, and other essential items to support children and educational institutions in Ukraine. The Latvian Basketball Association has also contributed by providing sports equipment for Ukrainian youth.
The provided assistance will be directed to the most affected regions of Ukraine, particularly Donetsk and Kharkiv oblasts.
