In Pennsylvania, USA, an explosion occurred at a coke plant, resulting in one death and ten injuries.

The explosion took place at a U.S. Steel facility in Clairton, near Pittsburgh.
Allegheny County police confirmed that there is one fatality and ten individuals were injured.
Rescue teams managed to free one person from the debris, while another is still reported missing.
According to local officials, there were several subsequent explosions following the initial blast.
U.S. Steel CEO David Burritt stated that the company is cooperating with the relevant authorities to investigate the incident.
It is known that approximately 1300 employees work at the Clairton plant.
Local authorities advised residents within a 1.6-kilometer radius of the plant to stay indoors, close windows and doors, and turn on air conditioning.
However, the Allegheny Health Department reported no air quality issues during their monitoring.
