Background:
Following negotiations in Saudi Arabia from March 23-25, the US, Russia, and Ukraine agreed to discuss securing navigation in the Black Sea.
However, Russia subsequently issued a list of demands, including the easing of certain sanctions on the agricultural sector. The US stated it would consider these demands, while Europe rejected any easing of sanctions.
