Details: The president's press service released a video showing him lighting a candle and placing a toy at the site of the tragedy where the strike hit a children's playground.

The head of state emphasized that the crimes committed by Russia against Ukrainians must not be forgotten. The world must remember that human life is worthless to Russia.

On April 4, a Russian ballistic missile struck near residential buildings and a children's playground, taking the lives of 19 people, 9 of whom were children.

May their memory be eternal, to all whose lives were taken by Russian terror."
