The soldiers of the 25th Separate Airborne Brigade from Sicheslav have shot down 43 Russian Mavic drones in a short span of time. This was reported on the brigade's official page.
The defenders are actively performing combat missions in the Pokrovsk direction. All 43 UAVs were destroyed by a single crew from the anti-aircraft missile division.
The downed drones varied in configuration, with some carrying payloads for dropping. According to the military, one "Mavic" costs about $2200, meaning that in three days, the soldiers destroyed Russian drones worth nearly $95,000.
"In some cases, we had to chase after the "maviks" quite intensively, but we have the upper hand in these races. We operate in any weather and strive to support our infantry," shared the experience of the drone operator of the 25th brigade with the call sign "Quest".
All Russian "Maviks" were destroyed using intercepting drones called "General Chereshnya AIR", as reported by the company "General Chereshnya". Earlier, the manufacturer unveiled an upgraded version of this line of UAVs, capable of reaching speeds of up to 236 kilometers per hour. 
The defense sector also reported that the drone P1-SUN destroyed a Russian kamikaze drone of the "Shahed" type, while another Ukrainian unit's drone captured this moment on video.
