Repatriation of Fallen Soldiers: Key Developments

Today marked the conclusion of crucial repatriation efforts in Ukraine. The return of 1000 bodies, reportedly belonging to Ukrainian servicemen according to Russian sources, is a significant milestone. This was reported by the Coordination Headquarters.
In the near future, investigative authorities will collaborate with experts from the Ministry of Internal Affairs to conduct necessary examinations and identify the repatriated bodies.
These repatriation actions were made possible through the joint efforts of the Coordination Headquarters, the Joint Center under the Security Service of Ukraine, the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and various other institutions involved in security and defense matters.
The Coordination Headquarters expressed gratitude to the International Committee of the Red Cross for their assistance. Special thanks were also extended to the personnel of the Central Command of the Armed Forces General Staff for their role in transporting the repatriated individuals to designated specialized facilities.
