The Ukrainian air defense forces have successfully neutralized 34 drones in response to an attack by the Russian army on November 8. Attack hits have been recorded at nine different locations, as reported by the Ukrainian Armed Forces via Telegram.
In the night of November 9, the adversary launched a strike using 69 attack drones, including types such as Shahed and Gerbera, from various directions, including Kursk and Millerovo, with around half being 'Shaheds'.
The air defense was supported by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, and mobile fire groups from the Ukrainian defense forces.
Preliminary data as of 9:00 indicate that the air defense has shot down 34 enemy drones in the northern and eastern regions of the country.
A total of 32 hits have been recorded at nine locations, alongside the debris from the intercepted drones at one site.
