image

We are currently addressing the consequences of today's Russian combined attack. The enemy targeted critical infrastructure essential for the normal living conditions of citizens. This was reported by Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko via Telegram.

The regions affected include Dnipropetrovsk, Kyiv, Kyiv region, Kirovohrad, Mykolaiv, Poltava, Sumy, Kharkiv, Chernihiv. Rescuers and the National Police are actively working at the sites of the strikes. Necessary specialists and specialized equipment are involved. The State Emergency Service of Ukraine is currently tackling more than ten fires across the country.

In Dnipro, a Russian drone struck a residential building. Rescuers recovered the body of a deceased person from the rubble. Ten individuals were injured, while approximately thirty were rescued by SES personnel.

We have reports that two individuals are out of contact with their families. We are searching for them. Psychologists from the SES are present at the scene to assist the victims in coping with stress. Police are helping with the evacuation of people and documenting evidence of war crimes committed by Russia.

I am in constant communication with Minister of Energy Svitlana Hrynchuk to coordinate the actions of services at the affected facilities. I continuously report on the state of rescue operations and the elimination of the aftermath of the strikes to President Volodymyr Zelensky and Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko.

The situation is challenging, but we will endure. All involved services are working tirelessly to minimize the consequences of the Russian attack on vital infrastructure.
