In the early hours of October 22, the capital was targeted once again by the enemy. This was reported by the State Emergency Service on Facebook.
Preliminary reports indicate that two individuals have lost their lives, with several others injured.
Dniprovskyi District: A 16-story building was struck. A fire broke out on the 6th floor, and rescuers managed to evacuate 10 people, including children. Unfortunately, the bodies of two deceased individuals have been found.
Darnytskyi District: Due to a drone strike, floors 11 to 16 of a 17-story building caught fire. Rescuers saved 15 people, among them two children. Additionally, a two-story non-residential building was also on fire, but the blaze has been contained.
Desnianskyi District: The facade of a 10-story building was damaged, and a vehicle along with a gas pipe caught fire. A total of 20 individuals were rescued.
Pecheriskyi District: The upper floors of a 25-story residential building were hit. The fire was extinguished before the arrival of rescue services. Emergency responders continue to work on-site. Information about the injured is being updated.
