On the night of September 6 (starting from 6 PM on September 5), the enemy launched an attack utilizing 91 Shahed strike UAVs and various imitation drones from directions including Kursk, Bryansk, Millerovo, Orel, and Primorsko-Akhtarsk – Russia.
 This information was reported by the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine via Telegram. 
The attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, drone systems, and mobile fire groups of Ukraine's defense forces.
 As of 9 AM, preliminary reports indicate that 68 enemy Shahed UAVs and various imitation drones were shot down or suppressed in the north and east of the country.
Hits from 18 strike UAVs were recorded at 8 locations, with debris from downed drones falling at 4 sites.
