The Armed Forces of Ukraine, particularly the 425th Separate Assault Regiment 'Skelya', have successfully liberated the village of Udachne, located in the Pokrovsk direction of the Donetsk region.
This information has been confirmed on the official channels of the General Staff in social media.
Military sources state that throughout the operation, all enemy strongholds were eliminated through direct contact and artillery support. Over two weeks, troops gradually cleared the area, raising the Ukrainian flag over the village. However, part of the village is still marked as occupied on the Deep State map.
Background: In April, Commander-in-Chief Oleksandr Syrskyi reported the liberation of approximately 16 square kilometers around Udachne, Kotlyne, and Shevchenko. The situation in the Pokrovsk sector remains intense, with dynamic changes. As of September 1, defense forces halted 46 enemy assault attempts.
