The air defense forces successfully neutralized 120 out of 150 Russian drones.

This was reported by the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine via Telegram.

Starting from 7 PM on Monday, September 1, Russian forces launched an attack with 150 strike drones of the Shahed type and various imitation drones from the directions of Kursk, Bryansk, Millerovo, Primorsk-Akhtarsk (RF), and Chauda (temporarily occupied Crimea).

The air assault was countered by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian defense forces.

According to preliminary data, as of 8 AM on Tuesday, September 2, the air defense shot down 120 Shahed drones and imitation drones across northern, southern, eastern, and central Ukraine.

There were confirmed hits of 30 strike drones at 9 locations, as well as debris from the downed drones at 5 locations.
