Ukraine has successfully retrieved the bodies of an additional 1000 fallen soldiers previously held by Russia.

Investigators from law enforcement agencies, along with experts from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, will conduct all necessary examinations and identification of the repatriated bodies". - reported the Coordination Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War.
In the Coordination Headquarters, it was clarified to "Ukrainian Truth" that this repatriation process is a planned operation and not part of any agreements made in Istanbul.
