Due to shelling by Russian forces, one person was killed and four others injured in the Kherson region over the past day.

This was reported on Telegram by the head of the Kherson Regional State Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, as conveyed by Ukrinform.

"Russian troops targeted critical and social infrastructure; residential areas of the region, specifically damaging 5 apartment buildings and 16 private homes. Additionally, the occupiers destroyed a gas pipeline, a utility building, and private vehicles," the message states.

During the last day, under the threat of enemy drone terror and artillery shelling, the following places were affected: Antonivka, Komyshany, Chornobayivka, Kizomys, Sadove, Nezlamne, Bilozerka, Stanislav, Sofiivka, Oleksandrivka, Shyroka Balka, Dniprove, Prydniprovsk, Beryslav, Zmiivka, Virivka, Kozatske, Vesele, Zolota Balka, Novovorontsovka, Novoraisk, Dudchany, Poniativka, Khreshchenivka, Mylove, Berehove, Lviv, Poniativka, Respublikanets, Tokarivka, Tyahynka, Chervonyi Mayak, and the city of Kherson.

As reported by Ukrinform, a woman died in Kherson as a result of the enemy attack.
