Drone Strike on Chernihiv: Casualties and Damage

On the night of June 3, Russian drones targeted Chernihiv. The attack caused damage to residential buildings and resulted in four injuries.

Source: Dmitro Bryzhynskyi, head of the Chernihiv City Military Administration.

He stated: "A drone hit was recorded in the private sector. There are casualties among the people".

According to Bryzhynskyi, two individuals were injured as a result of the strike. One was hospitalized in serious condition, while the other suffered moderate injuries.

As a result of the attack, a private house was burned down. A five-story residential building and several other private homes were also damaged.

Later, Vyacheslav Chaus, head of the Chernihiv Regional State Administration, reported an increase in the number of injured to three individuals. A woman and two men with severe injuries were hospitalized.

Chaus noted: "There are damages to high-rise buildings, a school, several shops, a bus stop, and private houses. The enemy also struck an industrial facility".

Update: According to updated information from Bryzhynskyi, the number of injured has risen to four. Two women and two men have been taken to hospitals.
