Details: The President emphasized that "Russia is once again attacking Ukraine".

He added that Kharkiv has been hit by "Shahed" drones.

As a result of the strikes, residential houses, businesses, and civilian infrastructure have been damaged.

Zelensky reported that there are currently over 40 injured individuals. Rescue teams and relevant services are working at the scenes.

Direct quote from Zelensky: "There were no military targets, nor could there be any."

Zelensky stressed that Russia strikes residential areas when Ukrainians are at home, putting their children to sleep.

Only inhumane individuals could issue and execute such orders.

While the world hesitates in its decisions, nearly every night in Ukraine turns into a nightmare that costs lives.

Ukraine needs enhanced air defense. We require strong and real solutions from our partners: the United States, Europe, and all our allies who seek peace. Only strength and sanctions will compel Russia to stop."
