Since the launch of digital education documents in the "Diia" app, Ukrainians have generated them more than 26 million times.
This was announced by the Minister of Education and Science, Oksen Lisovyi, at the "Post-Education Dream" conference, as reported by "Interfax".
"Thanks to our close collaboration with the Ministry of Digital Transformation, we have achieved several solutions over the past few years that have made education significantly more convenient for students, parents, and teachers. In the Diia app, electronic education documents have already been generated over 26 million times," the minister stated.
He also noted that the ministry has simplified the submission of documents for participation in the national multi-subject test (NMT), introduced a fully electronic accounting system for school children, and created the ability to submit applications for student transfers or enrollments in educational institutions electronically.
It is worth mentioning that the ability to obtain education documents appeared in the "Diia" app in March 2024.
The Ministry of Education explained that diplomas, certificates, or attestations are "pulled" automatically, but only those that have information contained in the Unified State Electronic Database on Education (EDEBO) are displayed.
Additionally, documents related to education that were not transferred after the occupation cannot be found in the app.
