The Ministry of Strategic Industries of Ukraine is introducing a new digital service called "Components Library" for local defense manufacturers.
This was reported by the government press service.
The main goal of this service is to improve collaboration between Ukrainian companies producing components and finished products, reduce dependence on foreign parts, and expand production capabilities within Ukraine.
"A company that manufactures a specific weapon can access this library, authenticate, see which components are available, and safely connect with the relevant partners to establish cooperation," explained Anna Hvozdiyar, Deputy Minister of Strategic Industries.
The library is administered by the Ministry of Strategic Industries of Ukraine.
Currently, only Ukrainian manufacturers can post their offers on the platform. Priority is given to components for drones and electronic warfare systems due to the significant demand for scaling their production.
Information about 38 offers from 16 component manufacturers has already been added to the product database, including antennas, amplifiers, FPV frames, other parts and accessories, as well as service offerings.
The Components Library operates as a moderated platform with single sign-on through "Diia" and mandatory participant verification.
Access to the system's functionality is granted to manufacturers only after accreditation as either a user, supplier, or both. Product listings are possible only with authorization through "Diia" and moderator verification.
