The State Geological Service of Ukraine has launched the State Register of Special Permits for Subsoil Use.
This is reported by the State Geological Service press office.
The Register contains information on:
- the date, duration, and basis for issuing the special permit for subsoil use,
- extensions and amendments to the permit,
- type and purpose of subsoil use,
- details about the subsoil area,
- funding sources for the planned works by the subsoil user (state or private funds),
- special conditions, information about the owner, and agreement on permit issuance,
- data on agreements regarding the terms of subsoil use or production sharing agreements, among others.
According to the State Geological Service, the special permit for subsoil use is issued in the form of an electronic extract from the Register. The information contained in the extract is current and accurate as of its generation date.
The Register operates around the clock, except during preventive or technical works.
Access to the resource is temporarily restricted during martial law, except for law enforcement agencies and government bodies.
As stated by the head of the State Geological Service, Oleg Hotsynets, preparations are underway to implement state registers for artesian and oil and gas wells.
Reminder:
Claims for compensation for emotional distress due to the disappearance of a close family member can now be submitted via the "Diia" application.
Citizens affected by Russian aggression since February 24, 2022, now have the option to submit six additional types of claims for compensation through the "Diia" application to the international Register of Damages.
The "Diia" application has also added an extract from the Register of damaged and destroyed property — confirming the destruction of housing or submitted applications for reimbursement.
