In the first week since the DELTA course launched on the Army+ app, 13,000 soldiers have enrolled, setting a new record. More than 1,500 of them have already completed the course and received their certificates. This information comes from the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
The course comprises over 50 practical lessons, requiring at least 5 hours to complete. It provides essential skills for operating platforms such as Monitor, Mission Control, Target Hub, the video analysis platform Vezha, and other system modules that assist soldiers in making informed decisions based on current and relevant data.
Currently, the Army+ app offers 17 educational courses, with the most popular being "Unmanned Systems. Basics of UAVs" (45,000 soldiers started this course), "Information Resilience. Cybersecurity" (34,000 soldiers enrolled), and "Fundamentals of Communication on the Battlefield" (22,000 soldiers are studying this discipline).
The DELTA course was launched at the end of October to enable soldiers to quickly master the system in combat conditions.
Additionally, a few days ago, the app introduced a course titled "Fiber Optic Drones. Basics of Usage", focusing on the specifics of operating FPV drones controlled via fiber optic channels and their application in combat scenarios.
These drones are distinguished by their resistance to electronic warfare systems, yet they require operators to have specialized training, precise flight planning, and technical knowledge.
