The State Agency «Gambling Oversight» has announced a tender for the creation of a registry for individuals who are prohibited from participating in gambling activities. This was reported by the agency's press service on Telegram.
«Our goal is to implement a more modern and secure system that protects individuals from gambling addiction», the statement reads. 

Key changes include:

• a personal account for submitting self-exclusion requests;
• integration with the Diia portal and online gambling organizers' systems;
• enhanced protection of personal data.

It is emphasized that the registry is a crucial step in promoting responsible gambling and developing a safe gambling market in Ukraine.
The deadline for submitting proposals is October 26, 2025.
The expected cost is up to 1.7 million UAH.
The agency noted that the registry is expected to be updated by December 15, 2025.
