Due to the consequences of a massive Russian attack on energy facilities, emergency power outages are being implemented in several regions of Ukraine. This information was shared by NEC "Ukrenergo" on social media.

"As a result of these attacks on energy infrastructure, a significant number of consumers in Kiev, Kyiv, Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Cherkasy, Chernihiv, Kharkiv, Sumy, Poltava, and Odesa regions are without electricity. Emergency outages have been introduced in these areas to stabilize the energy system," the announcement states.

It is emphasized that energy workers are striving to restore stable electricity supply as quickly as possible. Emergency outages will be lifted once the situation in the energy system stabilizes.
