The farewell ceremony for the prominent investigative journalist and founder of the publication “Our Money,” Oleksiy Shalaysky, will take place on October 8 at the St. Michael's Golden-Domed Monastery in Kyiv (3 Holy Martyrs Street, 8). His colleague and co-founder of the project “Our Money,” Yuriy Nikolov, announced this.
The farewell will be held from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.
“We invite everyone to arrive early – around 11:30 AM, to avoid delays and have enough time to enter,” Nikolov wrote on Facebook.
Oleksiy will be laid to rest in the village of Morozivka, Kyiv region.
As a reminder, Oleksiy Shalaysky passed away on October 4, 2025, due to heart disease.
