PrivatBank has announced scheduled maintenance during the night of October 4th. Card operations, ATMs, and terminals will be temporarily unavailable.

The bank stated that system maintenance will be carried out, leading to a temporary suspension of most services.

"From 00:05 to 6:30 AM on October 4th, card operations and the functioning of ATMs, self-service terminals, and POS terminals will be paused," the official statement reads.

Clients are advised to complete their purchases before midnight or postpone shopping for a few hours until morning when services will be back online.

Additionally, we remind you that on September 6th, the mobile application "Privat24" experienced issues, particularly with payment processing. However, technical support quickly resolved these problems.

Furthermore, starting September 19th, PrivatBank is transitioning to the international SWIFT ISO 20022 standard for all SWIFT transfers, which will simplify international financial operations for Ukrainians.
